Waikoloa Community Leadership Council is comprised of long time residents that touch on near all aspects of our community from CERT, to FL/WR, to Firewise, Waikoloa Village Association, our non-profit Waikoloa Community Development Corp, Seniors etc. and engage and support our community and it's needs.
