Project Summary
The Nāʻālehu hub was developed to increase the community connection in Kaʻū. Financial sponsors are County of Hawaiʻi through federal CARES funds, Vibrant Hawaiʻi and Rise Hawaiʻi Foundation.
"The hub leverages the wifi
access provided by TWM Ministries, laptop computers provided by
CARES funding through Vibrant Hawaiʻi, the facilities provided by the
Nāʻālehu Hongwanji, the volunteer administrative support provided by O
Kaʻū Kākou, and finally the talents of individual community members to
provide classes to other community members."
